Terms of membership

These terms govern your membership of Williams Academy, operated as a Williams Corporation initiative ("we", "us"). By joining, you agree to them. They are governed by New Zealand law.

Membership and billing

Membership costs $49 NZD per month, or $490 NZD per year, billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Founding members who join during the launch period keep the $49 monthly rate for as long as their subscription remains active, even if the standard price changes for new members. Your subscription continues until you cancel. You can cancel at any time inside the member dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.

Refunds

Your first 30 days are fully refundable, no questions asked. Full details, including how to claim, are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

What membership includes

Access to the Williams Academy course library, new courses as they release, live member Q&A sessions and their replays, the member community, and the podcast archive. We add to the library over time and may update, replace, or retire individual lessons or sessions; the substance of what you pay for will not be reduced without notice.

Educational content, not advice

Williams Academy provides general business education drawn from the experience of Williams Corporation and its founders. It is general information only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or accounting advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. Business carries risk, outcomes depend on your decisions and conditions, and no result is promised or guaranteed. Take independent professional advice before acting on anything significant.

Your account and conduct

Your membership is personal to you. Keep your login to yourself, and do not share, resell, record, or redistribute course content or Q&A sessions. In the community, deal with other members honestly and respectfully. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of any unused whole months in cases where we end the membership.

Intellectual property

All course content, tools, worksheets, video, and audio remain the property of Williams Academy and its licensors. You may use the tools and templates in your own business; you may not republish or commercialise them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies, our total liability in connection with your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we will notify members before it takes effect. Questions about these terms: hello@williamscorporation.co.nz.
