This policy explains how Williams Academy, a Williams Corporation initiative, handles your personal information. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, when you submit a form on this site (collected through HubSpot).
- Your account details, when you join the member platform (held by Skool, our membership platform provider).
- Payment information, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage information, through HubSpot analytics and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising.
Why we collect it
To provide your membership, to take payment, to respond when you contact us, to improve the site, and to reach people who may want to join. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the Academy: HubSpot (forms, email, analytics), Skool (member platform), Stripe (payments), Vimeo (video), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each holds information under its own privacy terms, and some store data outside New Zealand.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email hello@williamscorporation.co.nz and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
