Refund policy

We keep this simple, and nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Your first 30 days

If you decide Williams Academy is not for you within 30 days of first joining, email hello@williamscorporation.co.nz from the address on your account and ask for a refund. We will refund everything you have paid, in full, to your original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds are processed promptly; the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.

After 30 days

You can cancel at any time inside the member dashboard, in two clicks. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle, and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund partial months after the first 30 days, except where the Consumer Guarantees Act or other law requires it.

If something goes wrong on our side

If a fault with the service means you cannot access what you paid for, contact us. We will put it right, and where we cannot, we will refund what is fair under the circumstances and the law.
